My heater has been giving some troubles and I was referred to Paramount by a friend who has used them. Needless to say, I’m glad I gave them a call. It was after 5 pm and they didn’t even charge me an overtime rate! The tech was courteous, thorough and was able to quote repairs beforehand so I wasn’t blind sided with the bill. He even gave me maintenance tips so that I can help make my system last longer with less failure. These guys are honest and genuinely nice people to deal with. They are definitely my go to HVAC contractor for now own.
